Assistant Principal - Jason Merz

Much of our time as Assistant Principals is spent dealing with School and Individual DISCIPLINE issues.

Our philosophy for the students is that "Discipline is not a punishment but a consequence for an infraction that is meant to help change behaviors". Students should be : Where they are supposed to be .... On time ..... and Doing what they are supposed to be doing.

We ultimately hope that students begin to make fewer mistakes by making better choices. This will help them become more productive citizens when they leave Talawanda High School.
