Athletic Department Announces Summer Physical Dates

Indian Creek FHC is happy to assist Talawanda High School with sports physicals for the upcoming school year. We have chosen six afternoons this summer that will be dedicated to completing sports physicals for the students. The charge for this will be $20 per student, $10 of which will be donated to the school. Students must schedule an appointment to be seen. “Walk ins” will not be accepted. Additionally, students are expected to bring the physical form with their portion completed prior to the visit, or they will not be seen.

Forms are available in the athletic office, or on-line below.

This will be done in our Oxford location and you can call for an appointment at 513-523-2340. There will be times available the afternoons of June 13, 19, and 25th and July 8, 17, and 23rd.

Greater Oxford area Senior Citizen’s: The Talawanda School District would like to provide an opportunity for senior citizens within the community to participate in our school activities.  We would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude for all your years of support to the Talawanda community by providing you with The Braves Card.  With this card you will receive free admission to all Talawanda sponsored athletic and musical events.

You may purchase your All Sport Pass beginning August 6th from the TMS or THS Athletic Offices.  Passes will also be sold at high school home football games.  Any questions please contact the high school athletic office at 513-273-3205.
