Todd Lancaster
Todd Lancaster is one of the outstanding golfers in the history of Talawanda High School, lettering all four years. He also played basketball for 4 seasons lettering his junior and senior years. His freshman year he lettered in tennis.

His senior year, Todd was All-Ohio 1st Team! He finished 3rd in the state competition that year, and was district and sectional champion, MML Player of the Year and Cincinnati Golf Coaches Association Player of the Year. He was a 4 time winner of the MML Player of the Year Award, and at that time, the only player with that distinction, and a 4 time All Cincinnati selection. Todd’s list of tournament championships is impressive. His high school accomplishments include the Hadley Invitational Champion ‘91 & ‘93, and Hamilton Invitational Champion ‘91 & ‘92. In junior tournaments he was the 1993 Ohio Junior Champion, finished 2nd in the 1994 Hudson Junior Invitational, 2nd in the 1995 Ohio Amateur Championship, 1st in the 1996 Portage County Amateur Championship, 2nd in the 1997 U.S. Public Links Qualifier and tied for 2nd in the 1998 USPLQ as well!

Todd played his college golf at Kent State University and was an All MAC selection all four years. He is presently the assistant club pro at Walden Country Club in Aurora, Ohio where he lives with his wife Stephanie and there 4 month old son Kyle.

Tonight we recognize Todd Lancaster for his successes in the world of golf, his commitment to excellence, and welcome him into the 8th class of the Talawanda Athletic Hall of Fame!
