Happy Friday! I hope you have had a great week. The students and teachers have had a great week, and are engaged in the classroom.
The official dates for count week for the state of Ohio, are October 1st thru the 5th. Please make sure that your child is attending every day. If your child is absent, please contact the Kramer office by 10:00 am. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Kramer office at 513-273-3500.
On October 2nd the 3rd grade students will have the fall administration of the OAA Reading Achievement Test. In order for your child to do his/her best, please make sure that they receive plenty of sleep and have a good breakfast on the day of the test.
The Kramer Carnival is next Saturday, October 6th, 2012 from 4:00-7:00. There will be new games, new food and some old favorites. Please come out and support this great fundraiser for Kramer. It is not too late to volunteer, please contact Debbie Crowder @ dcrowder5 [at] gmail [dot] com to volunteer.
The Talawanda Homecoming football game will be held on Friday night, September 28th. There will be a small parade on University Boulevard, followed by Octoberfest Activities at THS. Please come out and support the Talawanda community.
The State-to-State Talawanda Kids 1K Challenge, in which elementary school students will take part in a 1K run, will take place on Sunday, September 30th 2012. The school that sends the most kids to the race will win a prize from Capital Varsity. If your child is participating, please make sure they put down they are from Kramer Elementary.
