Happy Friday! I hope you have had a great week.
Thank you to all of the parents that took their kids to participate in the State-to-State 1K fun run. Kramer had the most students participate in the 1K fun run and we are receiving a $500 gift certificate to Capitol Varsity. Mr. Cole will put the money to good use for our PE program.
K-Kids begins on Monday, October 22nd. K-Kids is program for students in grades 4-5. Please see Mr. Hunsche if you have any questions.
Next week is Red Ribbon Week. Our goal for Red Ribbon Week is that students understand the many aspects of health and think about what they can do to take care of themselves and others.
We hope our students choose to "Step Up!" to good health! Please encourage your child to wear RED next Wednesday.
I am attaching a flier about a Butler County sponsored Hazardous Waste Pickup at the old THS on October 27th, 2012. They are accepting the following items: Paint, automotive fluids/motor oil, pesticides & herbicides, acids, pool chemicals, fluorescent tubes & compact fluorescent bulbs, varnish/stains/lacquer, antifreeze, car and household batteries, adhesives, mercury containing devices, propane tanks and fire extinguishers.
The Kramer Staff would like to remind you of the following guidelines for our Halloween activities:
ü Please have your child wear his/her costume to school. It must be comfortable enough for the entire school day, including the bus ride home.
ü No masks.
ü Face paint should be minimal.
ü Weapons are NOT permitted as any part of a costume.
ü Keep safety in mind, nothing hanging.
Today is the last day of the 1st quarter. Report Cards will be sent home next Friday, October 26th. Please check your child’s Friday Folder.
Have a great weekend!
